How to apply

Please fill in this form or send us your resume to careers@stergroup.com.

When you fill in the application form you will have to upload your resume. Your Curriculum Vitae is a very important part of your job-application. We will study your resume thoroughly and based on your resume we will decide to invite you for a conversation or not. A CV is an overview of your personal details, your education and work-experience. A good CV usually covers two pages only. Make sure you update your resume with the most recent changes. Try to highlight those points you think are requested for the job you are applying for. In a nutshell:
  • Personal details: Keep this section short – important details are your full name, address, email-address and telephone-number. You might want to mention your nationality.
  • Education: Start with your most recent education first in opposite chronological order. Important information you need to mention: name of the institution, name of the education, start-end date education.
  • Work-experience: Begin with your most recent experience in opposite chronological order. Describe all of your experiences, since it will tell a lot about your personality. Important information to put in this section: name of your employer, date, description of your responsibilities.
  • Extra: Keep this section to describe other relevant information you think should be mentioned. Maybe you have followed many courses or have had training in your profession. You can highlight that here. Again keep in mind the job you are applying for and only to mention the relevant data.
  • Other information: A resume is very formal and boring. In order to show the “face” behind all the information you are sending, you could follow these steps to send some additional information about your character:
    • Which languages do you speak. Don't forget to make it clear if you can also read and write that language.
    • What are your interests? Any hobbies or sport? Are you interested in news?
    • Describe in one or two sentences your personality. Note that this should be done in the “third person”. Example: Mr. X is a team player that likes to work with a team of professionals to come up with creative solutions for the challenges they encounter. He has a thorough knowledge of IT-infrastructure and more than six years of experience. A good description of Mr. X is: tactful, motivated and loyal.
